Hi, I’m Brett, owner of Chilly Dog HVAC.

I’ve spent the last 19 years working in both commercial and residential HVAC, and I’ve been blessed to build my career through hands-on experience in some of the most demanding environments in the industry. I’m factory trained by York, and I take pride in doing things the right way not the fastest way.

I got my start in California, where I worked on large-scale projects including Southern California school systems, major hospitals, and even complex mechanical systems like the cooling towers at Disneyland. Those jobs taught me the importance of precision, reliability, and accountability, especially when people are depending on those systems every day.

About six years ago, my family and I were led to Brevard County, Florida, where I decided to start Chilly Dog HVAC to serve our local community. My goal has always been simple: to treat people the way I would want my own family treated, with honesty, fairness, and respect.

My faith is a big part of how I run my business. I believe in doing honest work, standing behind what I say, and serving others with integrity. Whether I’m working on a small residential repair or a full commercial system, I approach every job with that same mindset.
